    I’ve read that there are some issues with this plugin working with Elementor. Are these issues solved by now?

    I’ve tested it. The footnote ballon always gets covered up by the paragraph that is following the popup.

    I tried several html markup but couldn’t make it work. It only works if the text is one paragraph.

    I managed to make it work by using <br/> instead of <p> so to avoid nesting and the footnote baloon to be hidden.

    Only option that is not working still is “Display footnote list at bottom of posts” in the plugin’s settings.
