Instead of having a blank section on the top, I see ND Academy and Home … see attachment.

    Hi,

To troubleshoot the issue please try this guideline:

    1. Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, and other plugins’ cache (I Make Changes and Nothing Happens).
    2. If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
    3. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.

    1) The browser cache should not affect the Site Settings (one site, but not the other ten sites?). 2) The attachments, in the previous post, show there are no other plugins. 3) Elementor Website Builder plugin and Hello Elementor theme work with the other ten sites.

I fixed the problem by deleting all files / directories, and re-installing WordPress. This is a painfully slow process, but it works properly now with Elementor 3.10.

This has happened before, on multiple sites. It would be good if a developer fixed the problem. Thanks!

    Hi,

    thank you for the update.
