Elementor anchor link go to top of page instead of bottom

Hello, I add a anchor link via css id in elementor page. Header banner button go to correct position on click but button in center of page go to top instead of going to footer.
I tried to use #mytag only in button link option also i tried to use https://example.com/#mytag
Please tell me how second button can also go to correct position at bottom of page instead of to top of page.
