    Hello,

    I use scripts from fupa on my site, like this one:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.fupa.net/fupa/widget.min.js"></script>
    <div id="fupa_livebox">... lade Modul ...<script type="text/javascript">!function(i){window.setTimeout(function(){"undefined"===typeof fupa_widget_domain?--i.t>0&&window.setTimeout(arguments.callee,i.i):i.f()},i.i)}({i:20,t:100,f:function(){live_widget(8239)}});</script></div>

    On pages where the scripts are included, for example the accordion no longer works on Elementor. I see a console error relating to Elementor; which only appears in Firefox. (Uncaught TypeError: e.dispatchEvent is not a function) With Chrome everything is fine.

    To explain: The page is a test page, on which I always test updates first, before I put them on the main page. On the page I have included the accordion and the third party script so you can see the problem.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

    did you try to disable the code?
    if you did, does the error appear when it’s disabled?

    If I deactivate the third-party script, i.e. delete it, the accordion works. But I need the script. My question is yes also if there is a way to prevent the conflict between Elementor and the script.

    Hi,

    Since the issue is caused by the third-party script and as we have no control over coding for third-party plugins, were unable to assist.
