I use Elementor on some pages/posts on my website. Since December, I have experienced problems when exiting Elementor to WordPress (I just get a blank page, with nothing in it) and with saving changes in page settings (like Meta Description) on these pages/posts. When I try to save the changes, I get the following error message: Updating failed. Could not update the meta value of _elementor_page_settings in database. I have deactivated all plugins except Elementor and the theme and it did not solve the issue. I am a relative beginner in website creation and have no coding skills.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you please try following:

Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > General page, and under Post Types, ensure the post type you are having trouble with saving is selected.

Then, hit Save Changes. This will allow you to save or publish your post, pages or custom post type.

    Kind regards,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I have checked the settings –> general settings of my website and all post/page types I use Elementor for have already been selected (I remember I did it when I installed Elementor and updates have not changed that). I see other people have the same problem….
