  • I see you have some 404 console errors. Did you recently move the site, or change urls or something? Normally, I would think with animations not working that you might have a javascript conflict with another plugin, so you might want to try disabling plugins to see if any of them are clashing. But in general, if you see something in the back end but not the front end, then it’s best to start here: https://docs.elementor.com/article/204-my-changes-do-not-appear-online

    i have tried disabling all the plugins except elementor to see if one was conflicting but that is not the issue.
    Even toogle contect from elementor are not displaying as a drop down.

    I am not using any caching plugin also , so i dont know what could be the error.

    Please share the system info found at Elementor > System Info. And also answer the first question I asked about moving the site or changing URLs.

    I have not moved the website nor changed the website urls

    I don’t see anything else that is obvious. Those 404’s are still concerning. What about all the other suggestions on the document I linked to? They included regenerating css, theme issues, switching the CSS print method, html tags, and more. Have you tried eachof those?

    how do i clear the error 404

    https://anzianoconsultants.com/wp-content/cache/wph/anzianoconsultants.com/php_assets/my-scripts/?ver=5.1.1 is the url that the console says is a 404. I don’t know what script or plugin is causing the site to look for that, but you might be able to figure that out based on that url. WPH sound familiar?

    I use bitly to shorten post on my website and one shorten url has been giving some funny result

    url https://bit.ly/2IxfQAO

    and this is what i get on the browser ;{“code”:”rest_cannot_read”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to view autosaves of this post.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    can this give us a hint what may be the error

    Maybe, but I really can’t say for sure. Remove it and see what happens.

    Hi friends!

    OS – Windows 7
    My site is:
    WordPress 5.2.2
    Elementor 2.5.16 (i downgraded version from 2.6.8 to 2.5.16 to work correctly!!!)

    Optimize plugins:
    Autoptimize 2.5.1
    Fastest Cache 0.8.9.6

    And everything works fine – the animation works!
    Just only make downgrade your Elementor to 2.5.16 and everything will be fine with the animation.

    And don’t be afraid to optimize your sites with js & css optimizing – WP site whitout optimize js & css – is bad idea!!!

    Best regards, Den.

    With version 2.9.7 of Elementor I solved the problem modifying the file custom-frontend.min.css in the folder wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/ .
    The class .animated has animation:none and -webkit-animation:none. I commented these lines.

    Hi friends, I found the solution for most of the cases.

    Go to Edit Plugins, Elementor, CSS, frontend.min.css and then find this:

    @media (prefers-reduced-motion:reduce){.animated{-webkit-animation:none;animation:none}} ”

    And then just delete that line, cause that is for “users who experience motion sickness / vertigo”

    So from nowon in every single browser your entrance animations will work.

    Because I saw people giving the solution to change the settings in Accesibility from Windows in reactivating the “desactivate all the unnecessary animations (when it’s possible)”, and that solution will ONLY work for your computer and no for the rest.

    Thanks!
