Elementor causing serious dashboard delays

  • Good Afternoon All,

    Has anyone experienced WP dashboard refresh delays?

    I have deactivated all the plugins I have and found out the main culprit is Elementor.

    The days were so bad that sometimes it took over 100 seconds for a refresh, but without Elementor I am receiving a refresh at less than a second.

    My Elementor Version is 3.0.1.1
    WordPress 5.5.1 running OceanWP theme.
    Running PHP version: 7.4.10

    Any help or guidance will be gratefully received as at present the updating of the site cannot be carried out efficiently with the Elementor delays.
