    Is Foyer compatible with Elementor? I’m trying this out on a new test site and all I have installed is just Foyer and Elementor Pro and EPro is toggled to recognize Foyer. When I try to create a new slide in Foyer with Elementor, I receive this error

    “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

    So do I need to add <?php the_content(); ?> to your code somewhere or am I missing something?

    Is Foyer compatibel met Elementor? Ik probeer dit uit op een nieuwe testsite en alles wat ik heb ge?nstalleerd is alleen Foyer en Elementor Pro en EPro is ingeschakeld om Foyer te herkennen. Wanneer ik met Elementor een nieuwe dia in Foyer probeer te maken, krijg ik deze foutmelding

    “Sorry, het inhoudsgebied is niet gevonden op uw pagina. U moet de functie inhoud in de huidige sjabloon aanroepen om Elementor op deze pagina te laten werken. ”

    Dus moet ik <? Php the_content (); ?> ergens in uw code of mis ik iets?

    Hi @alpinevp, unfortunately Elementor won’t just work out of the box on Foyer slides. It will take a coding effort at the Foyer side of things to make this work. I really like the idea though so Elementor support is on my to do list. It will take a while to build as I’m working on more basic needs first.

    There might be a workaround for now. You could create a regular page in WordPress with Elementor, copy its URL and then add an External webpage slide to Foyer using the URL of your page. Of course make sure the page you create with Elementor fills up the display nicely when full screen (for HD TVs and monitors this means an area of 1920×1080 pixels).

    Would be great to hear if this works! If only on a basic level. Any feedback is appreciated and could help me make the final Elementor support be as good as possible.
