    Hi @vickhellfire,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I just took a quick look and it appears that everything is working correctly at the moment. I am going to mark this as resolved now, but feel free to re-open it in case I am missing something.

Thanks, we still have an issue with this page. The dropdown FAQs at the top should have the same green background formatting as the block further down but they are appearing as just black on white. https://www.emeraldlife.co.uk/wedding-insurance

    Hi @vickhellfire

The issue appears to have resulted from modified styles that were not refreshed. We did this for you using cache purge. More information here:

The issue is now fixed. If you need additional help, just let us know!

    I had the same problem.

So, I purged my entire cache and it seems to have worked.

    But….
    This is not an answer.
I can’t be expected to go in and purge the entire cache just because I updated one CSS file in my site.

Isn’t Nitro supposed to pick up on updates and automatically do a purge of the relevant files?

    Hi @yonahs,

    Thank you for the feedback!

Unfortunately updating static assets like CSS, JS, Fonts and Images is not as simple as updating content cache files. There are multiple reasons why a full cache purge is necessary. One of the main reasons is that all pages that link to this file need to have their cache purged. For changes in CSS files this is typically the entire cache.

As for content updates NitroPack will indeed purge only the relevant cache files automatically.

    Regards,

I just ran into this problem, too. I deactivated NitroPack and site works fine now.

    Hi @webbywebb,

Sounds like this will need a deeper investigation. We will be glad to look into this in more detail. Please reach out to our support team via [email protected].

    Regards,

    Hello,

I have a similar problem. Since I installed Nitropack, I cannot use elementor anymore. What a shame, Nitropack was really efficient on that website.

I also have this issue. Background colours and images in Elementor sections are not loading.

I purged all cache from the NitroPack dashboard. All worked well initially until Nitro started optimising all the pages again. Then, one by one, all the pages started to break.

I tried switching to Standard configuration. No change. I tried Switching to Manual and turning off ALL options. No change.

    NitroPack 1.5.2
    Elementor 3.1.3
    Elementor Pro 3.1.1

I hope this can be resolved soon because apart from that issue, this is by far the best optimisation plugin I’ve used – and I’ve tried most of them.

Hi I just wanted to chime in on this because honest to god NitroPack really has a chance to change the game for SO MANY people.

We are also using NitroPack, and have purchased it for a year, however it seems like the caching and conflicting issues involving css popped up with us too.

Also weirdly enough, it takes longer (about a day or two) for these effects to be seen on Firefox, but the effects can be seen Immediately on Chrome, Edge, and Safari. The interesting thing too is that when I purge the cache all of those other said browsers aside from firefox get about 1 or 2 page refresh’s of looking normal, and then they go back to having broken css.

I have tried this on ALL modes including “standard” which is supposed to be the most stable version. However, at least on our site standard doesn’t really do much of anything for us page speed wise. That being said we have currently disabled the plugin. We did reach out to support about 6 days ago, and it was only today that we got a response, but I’m not even sure if it was a timed bot or not because the response was literally:

    ——————————–
    “Hi (my name),

I will ask our Technical Team to check.

    Regards,

    ——————————–

Though it would be a bummer to have paid a year for a service that we will not be able to use, I am still in the corner rooting for NitroPack because I really think this could be a game changer for a lot of people, and it really doesn’t break the bank.

    Hey there,

I have the same issue. Have worked with Elementor Pro all the time. Never experienced such issues before installing NitroPack. If I deactivate the NitroPack the stylings are looking fine.

Please fix this problem, since it seems to happend for a longer time.
What may be interesting: If I’m logged into my WordPress and visit my page, the CSS issues are gone. Everything works fine. If I check my page in private browsers (Chome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) the issues are shown.

This is how my footer is supposed to look like:
    https://ibb.co/Lg6j4mz

This is how the footer looks like AFTER activating the NitroPack
    https://ibb.co/JsBQL62

We too are having the same issues with our Elementor site.

I found that if I renamed the wp-content/nitropack folder to wp-content/nitropack_bak and went to my site, the pages giving us issues look correct and the “nitropack” folder reconstitutes itself.

So looking into the old nitropack_bak folder I noticed config.json and .htaccess files that did not appear in the reconstituted folder.

So… I copied them into the new wp-content/nitropack folder and my problems came back.

Removed config.json file and the problem went away.

Maybe support can chime in here and give us some insite to this?

i seem to have the same problem
with nitropack enabled the header, home page and footer are messed up on mobile
a shame because i actually need it to pass google speed test..
..so any updates on this matter would be much appreciated
