Hi I just wanted to chime in on this because honest to god NitroPack really has a chance to change the game for SO MANY people.
We are also using NitroPack, and have purchased it for a year, however it seems like the caching and conflicting issues involving css popped up with us too.
Also weirdly enough, it takes longer (about a day or two) for these effects to be seen on Firefox, but the effects can be seen Immediately on Chrome, Edge, and Safari. The interesting thing too is that when I purge the cache all of those other said browsers aside from firefox get about 1 or 2 page refresh’s of looking normal, and then they go back to having broken css.
I have tried this on ALL modes including “standard” which is supposed to be the most stable version. However, at least on our site standard doesn’t really do much of anything for us page speed wise. That being said we have currently disabled the plugin. We did reach out to support about 6 days ago, and it was only today that we got a response, but I’m not even sure if it was a timed bot or not because the response was literally:
——————————–
“Hi (my name),
I will ask our Technical Team to check.
Regards,
(Name of rep)
Customer Support Representative”
——————————–
Though it would be a bummer to have paid a year for a service that we will not be able to use, I am still in the corner rooting for NitroPack because I really think this could be a game changer for a lot of people, and it really doesn’t break the bank.
