    Hi @kentup, thanks for getting in touch.

    If you’ve tried Learning Mode and it hasn’t helped, trigger the loading action that results in the “frozen” Elementor screenshot above, then immediately view the Live Traffic page afterwards. This will let you check recent blocks, and the one nearest the top of the list may be related to the load operation you just tried. If so, you can then expand the entry and see if a firewall rule or other setting you can change in Wordfence > All Options was responsible. It’ll be in red text.

    In many cases, an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button appears in this section which you can click to allow these types of request in future.

    If you’re not sure how to interpret any messages you see there, by all means paste them here and we can try to help out. Also let us know if Wordfence doesn’t appear to be blocking anything during your attempts to load the page.

    Thank you for your response.

    I have tried the following steps:

    1. Confirmed that the Elementor editing interface is not loading.

    2. Checked [Wordfence] > [Tools] > [Live Traffic].
      However, no “Blocked” records were found.

    3. Verified with both “Learning Mode” and “Enabled and Protecting,” but the situation remains the same.

    I would appreciate further assistance.

    Hello, @wfpeter

    I need to perform editing with Elementor soon.
    In this case, would disabling Wordfence resolve the issue?
    Also, there are multiple options for disabling it, but which one would be the best choice?
