  • Hi,

To troubleshoot the issue please try this guideline:
Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t apparent that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure. (Make sure to back up your site).

Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.

From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.

Check the issue from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out the possibility of browser addon conflict.

In addition, I would suggest installing version 7.4.X as it is currently the most stable with Elementor.

Thanks for response. Sadly I have tried everything above, and I am using PHP version: 7.4.30 as that is the most stable one out right now I believe. With that said It is definitely between Elementor and the Theme and the Themes Addon Plugins, I am using Themerex and Themerex addons for making their theme work correctly. The theme came with Elementor already, but still has an issue of not loading, it will load Layouts header and Footer with element or but it will not load the elementor editor on any of the pages.

I have cleared all caches, deactivated all plugins that weren’t needed to make the website and theme operate, and still get the issue. I have cleared cache from server on down, along with using 5 different browsers as well.

    Hi @saltywd,

We can provide support only for those that we create, as we have no control over coding for third-party themes or plugins

I’m sorry to hear that it doesn’t work, but this is for sure a good question for the theme’s support or the plugin’s support team. So please consider writing to them.
