Elementor Essential Addons affect Elementor image lightbox

    Hi
    in my home page there is a image gallery of Elementor(int bottom of the page above footer there is a “our digital certificate” section) and its image light box is enabled, when I open the image light box and close then the background of the image light box does not go away. we have to refresh the page to see the site function.

    Its not an issues with one gallery widget , it has issues even if I use any other image gallery. I contacted elementor and they said try to disable plugins to find out which plugin creates problems and I did check one by one and finally I found
    Elementor Essential Addons is creating this issues,

    can you check and suggest me something,

    Sorry to hear that. I see the issue and I’ll fix this as soon as possible. Meantime, if you can disable “Filterable Gallery” element and check.

    I have already made some section with filterable gallery, is there anyway you can fix this while I can use the filterable gallery too.

    Please advise.

    I am thinking to take a premium version . Its a good plugin seems but if you can fix this issue please.

    Hi @jayaguru25

    I am on it. I tried to replicate the issue but it’s not happening with me at all. I guess the issue is a conflict between two version of Magnific Popup. I see your theme also using magnific popup. Is there any chance you can switch your theme for a while and check if it still persists? Let me know if that works, I’ll know what’s causing the issue.
