elementor exit button doesn’t work – can’t exit the builder

    Hi There,

    I am using elementor free up-to-date, wordpress 6.2, php server 8.1.
    When i am using elementor builder, I can’t exit anymore the builder.
    There is no button or menu to exit close the builder and go back to the dashboard.
    I saw the keyboard shortcut and I triyed to use the ESC button on my keyboard but it doesn’t show the exit menu, it just close what what I open at last, like if I opened the “globals”, I click on my ESC button and then the menu went back to the widget menu. I clicked many times on ESC and there is no way to close the builder.

    On another website, I use elementor pro and the ESC button is working correctly. So I know what it is supposed to do.

    I have this problem since the laste update of elementor free.

    Is there any way to ccess to the exit menu like with a click on a button of my screen, without clicking on my ESC button on the keyboard?

    Can you disable all your experiments, please?

    except for the Flex Box experiment (If you have it on your site)

    If it solves the issue, reactivate the ones you use.

    • Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
    • Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
    • Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,
    • then make sure that you are clear:
    • your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if
    • you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).
    • ?Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

    It seems to be caused by “Editor Top Bar” that’s currently in Alpha.

    @andyhiggins Probably yes, but it’s strange to forget to make an exit button. Even at such an early stage of development…
