Elementor form can not work well – strange issue

Hello Author,

I have a latest WP version and latest elementor version (free as well paid).

I have crate one page and in it set ‘form’ of elementor with 2 field say, name and email.

I have given it uniqeu name from advance tab of each field.

So now when I was submit form. it can give me some error.

As I have check in consolve I get below error like :
