    Hi,

When i edit the page with elementor, by clicking on the form widget of elementor, page crash and not respond. after about 1 minute i see the settings of the form. But in the meanwhile i get page not responding etc, something is off.

in console i see “Uncaught (in promise) Timeout (o)” i thought it was something about recapcha i re-installed a new key, still i cant find what is the problem here, any ideas?

That happened to an elementor website with version 3.6.8 also to a website with latest version of elementor.

    regards

    Hi,

Could you send a screenshot if possible of how it looks like from your end? There are a couple of different scenarios regarding the form widget, so it would help a lot with narrowing down the potential cause of this issue. Does the entire page crash, or does the browser crash as well? If you could send us the memory information part of your System Information file – that would be great as well!

hi, thanks for the fast reply,

i would like to do that but i dont know how to sent you my “System Information file”

I can sent you a screenrecord though, actually is what while i clicking on the form (i click directly after i open the container, it may not be visible in the video bu i click) then you can see after 1,5 minute, it unfreezes and i am able to edit the form.

    Hi,

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Did you manage to resolve the issue in the meanwhile? In case the problem still persists, please do the following:

    1. Make sure you have a complete backup. See here: https://elementor.com/blog/backup-wordpress/
    2. Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible).
    3. Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor.
    4. If this doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to the Hello Theme and see if it makes any difference.
