I resolved the error by disabling the Turnstile plugin.

Nothing happened when trying to submit a form except show the error message. No action was recorded in the submissions or smtp logs.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thanks for the message.

I’ve tried to replicate this issue on my end with Elementor forms, however it seems to work fine for me.

Do you have any kind of security or performance/caching related plugins enabled on your site? Could you try disabling these temporary and see if that fixes it?

If that does, please let me know which plugin it was and I’ll take a look into it.

    Hi,

It looks like the Elementor “element caching” feature may be causing this issue, which was recently released by Elementor last month.

    Do you have this enabled?

I will be taking a look into this further to see if it can be fixed.

Hmmm, not that I’m aware of… there is a tool called “element caching” which was set to default… not sure what default is, so I switched to inactive to be sure.

I’ll test again later today and report back.

I saw there was an update to the plugin, but after some testing with element caching disabled I am still getting the error.

I also disabled my Lightspeed cache, with elementor enabled and still got the error.

Hello, I’m still getting this error with the plugin enabled. Are you still troubleshooting this? I turned off the elementor forms feature and my forms work fine now, but wondering if I should look for an alternative. Please advise. Thanks

Attempt to disable other plugins, possibly due to plugin conflicts
