Elementor form not always sending mails

    On this web site I am using Elementor and Elementor Pro.
    On the contact page, there is a contact form that should send mail for any new submission from potential customer.

    Unfortunately, the form does not send a mail for all submissions, but only for part of them.
    I still can see all the submissions under “Elementor->Submissions” in the control panel.

    How can I fix it?

    No and I archived the new topic. I also fixed the formatting of this one.

    If the contact form is Elementor based then you must seek support on Elementor’s support site. You are an Elementor Pro user.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
