    Hello,
I am using mail poet to send all my sites emails like i do on all the sites i manage, however i have recently set up the elementor form ‘actions after submit’ settings to send an confirmation email to the client/customer via the email 2 setting ( https://prnt.sc/r87fdh ) yet the sent from email is the one that is in the mailpoet settings ( https://prnt.sc/r87g2e ) the resulting email( https://prnt.sc/r87gmu ) yet with the exact same settings on another site it works perfectly. actions after submit settings ( https://prnt.sc/r87jbh ) and the mail poet sending settings ( https://prnt.sc/r87h8m ) with this the result ( https://prnt.sc/r87i72 )
Am i missing something? I have also contacted elementor who ran tests etc and found no issue on there end or with the configs.
Both sites using same versions of mail poet and elementor and on same hosting.
    Regards

    Hi @sbpcservices

Technically, you can only use the FROM address which is in the MailPoet’s Settings page > Basic tab if you are sending your emails with our MailPoet Sending Service. This option can’t be overwritten. That’s how our MailPoet Sending Service works.

But how is it possible for it to send like that on another site i manage?
