Elementor Google fonts in different browsers

I have an issue with fonts in WordPress/Elementor. I use Alegreya Sans SC Google font with Lithuanian letters (?, ?, ?, ? etc.). Google Chrome translates these letters fine, but other browsers, like IE, Safari (on some PCs), Mozilla change those Lithuanian letters (?, ?, ?, ? etc.) to other browser-default font.

Is there any way to express all the letters using this font across all different browsers or should I use and experiment with different fonts to find the one that works well?
