Elementor Header and Footer is not displayed anymore

  • Hi,

    I’ve been using the Zakra template for almost 1 year. I normally have a custom header and footer managed by the Elementor. However, this custom header and footer are no longer visible. Instead, Zakra is adding its own header/footer. It happened suddenly, and I couldn’t find the root cause.

    Do you have any idea?

    Can you please try once by disabling all the plugins except the Elementor and check if it helps. Sometimes the issue might be caused due to a plugin conflict so you can start by disabling all the plugins within your site and then check. You can then enable them one by one to locate the one causing the issue.
