Elementor header & Foother plugin

I have a problem with the plugin Eleemtnor Header & Foother: i used it in other website and it work correctly, but in a new site that i am design it doesn’t.
I set all the informations and i choose the option “Entire website” but i don’t see it in every pages.

Someone had this type of problem and know to resolve it?
