Elementor Hot Spot not showing in preview

We are using Ultimate Addons for Elementor and the tool tip hotspots we are using do to work. YOu can see they work on a standard web page. Hover over 1.1 and 1.2 on the page here: https://ctindustrymural.hartfordwebdesign.com/

We are happy to get a license if we can get it to work.
