Elementor Html widget height issues on Mobile version

  • We are using a booking widget on our website.
    The widget is displayed alright on Desktop and on Tablet.
    But on mobile version the widget has height issues, as it is not displayed 100 % but only very short height making in unusable on mobile phone.

    The developer says this is an issue with Elementor/CSS. Apparently they have deleted stylesheets and <!doctype html> in developer mode and the booking widget was than displayed full height, but I was unable to replicate this solution.

    Maybe somebody could please help and have a look, whether this really is an Elementor/CSS related issue or whether the developer still has a bug in there somewhere! @cavalierlife helped me out last time when the widget was covering the whole page!

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The author can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
