    Hi Elementor Team,

    I’ve noticed that in your latest version (3.24.6), the Figcaption for the image carousel has disappeared for non-logged-in users. Rolling back to the previous version resolves the issue. Could you please investigate and address this?

    Thank you for your prompt response!

    I’ve created a testimonial section using the Elementor Image Carousel, and everything functions well when I’m logged into the dashboard. However, I’ve noticed that the figcaption is missing when I view it in incognito mode.

    Please see the screenshots below for reference.

    Hey @evramana, did you try to clear the wp-rocket cache and also regenerate the elementor file from the elementor tools page? try these 2 things and let me know if you see the issue after that or not

    I am having the exact same problem. I am working with Emmanuel in support, to address this. Just replying here so that you know this is not a one-off experience.

    I appreciate the original poster mentioning that this is a problem for non-logged in users, as this helps to explain why I was seeing the caption in my logged-in browser, and not seeing it in my logged-out browser.

    Sure enough, as soon as I went to Firefox, where I was not previously seeing the captions, and logged in, I could see them.

    And I’m never logged into WordPress on my phone, where I am not seeing them. This is how I first discovered the problem, looking at my phone.

    Like the original poster, I am using the most recent version 3.24.6 of Elementor. (In addition to which, I am using 3.24.4 of Elementor Pro.)

    Hii @sshahadatgsm

    Thanks for the suggestions! I cleared the WP Rocket cache and regenerated the Elementor files from the tools page. Unfortunately, I’m still facing the issue, even on my older websites.

    Hii @sshahadatgsm

    Website URL – https://www.epionebh.com/

    Now both logged-in and non-logged-in users can see the same content, as I’ve reverted to the previous version of Elementor.

    Yes but is it also known at elementor that they are working on it or not.

    And how can i go back to a earlier version?

    Hi @evramana and everyone here facing the same issue.
    No need to revert back to the earlier version. Here is a quick fix that you can do on the latest Elementor version until the Elementor team fixes it.
    Open the following file:
    Elementor -> includes -> widgets -> image-carousel.php
    Scroll to Line # 1058
    There you can see the following three lines of code:

    if ( Utils::has_invalid_post_permissions( $attachment_post ) ) {
    return '';
    }

    .
    Just comment out these three lines. And you will be good to go.
    .
    Best Regards.

    Hii @miloss84

    I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up regarding the plugin support for Elementor, as I haven’t received a response in the past four days. I’m curious if @king74007’s suggestion was the final solution. Unfortunately, we’re still experiencing the same issue even in the latest version of Elementor.

    We truly appreciate the Elementor plugin and would love to continue using it without any hitches. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update? Your assistance would mean a lot to us!
