Elementor – incompatibility on Safari

    Hi everyone,

    I’am developing a website with Elementor and OceanWP. The website works perfectly on all browsers except Safari on Mac and Safari and Chrome on Iphone !

    I use scroll effect to display content but on safari the content doesn’t appear. I’ve desactivated all my plugins but the issue persist. If I disable these effects the website works fine but I would like keep that.

    I’ve a older website with sames effects and it’s works on all browsers and devices. I suppose that the problem is the theme OceanWP, probably since the update.

    Tried checking but not getting the issue, could you please replicate the issue and share a snapshot. That will help us to check and inspect the issue.

    Hi,

    I’ve receive a response from Elementor. They advice me to install a plugin to update jQuery version. I did it and it works perfectly now !

    So sorry for the delay. I’ve receive a mail only now ! I was not aware of your answers until today ..

    The wordpress plugin is Jquery Updater (by Ramoonus). ??
