    Hello,

I am facing an issue with elementor. Somehow the testimonial slider is not doing what i needs to due. The cause seems to be caching (Litespeed cache) but not sure what causes it.

    To give an example.

What could possibly cause the issue?

As far as i have tried and figured out it has to do with elementor itself. The testimonial makes use of the ‘swiper’ folder, i have exluded all files but still it seems to have an issue.

I have excluded the following: https://prnt.sc/EUfByy2r6X38

Anyone who knows where to look for this?

    Hi @chartnet,

Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.

Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.

Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.

Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.

Hope those steps will help you, they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi @marthaeli,

Thank you for helping me! I’ve done the following:

    • Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
      • No Effect, same issue
    • Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
      • No Effect, same issue
    • Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
      • No effect, same issue

It really has to do with the litespeed caching, when turned of (seeing the view without cache) there is no issue it seems. The only thing is i can not find what it is.

    Hi

It seems that you are referring to the Testimonial Carousel widget which is a Pro widget.

www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook.

We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.
