Elementor library redirects showing in google crawl index

The google crawl coverage results for my site include 3 links that are redirects to elementor_library, like this:

https://example.com/?elementor_library=home/
https://example.com/?elementor_library=name-of-my-header-template/
https://example.com/?elementor_library=name-of-my-footer-template/

How and why are these links getting found by google? I can’t see them anywhere in my page source.

How do I get rid of them so that Google will index my site and not report lots of errors and excluded pages?
