Elementor Menus seem to be Intefered with by Visualizer Charts

    Hi,

    I have Visualizer charts embedded via shortcode on about 400 pages of my website. Altogether the website has about 1,600 pages.

    I noticed this week that my Navigation Bar drop down menus, which are created with Elementor, do not function properly on the pages that have a Visualizer chart. I’ve attached a link to one page as a sample, but every page with a chart has the same issue. If you click on the Navigation menu on one of the affected pages, it briefly flashes up, but not long enough to actually navigate down to any of the pages on the drop down.

    This is only a problem for desktop users. Mobile works just fine.

    I have checked this against pages that do NOT have Visualizer charts on them. Those pages all seem to work fine, with no interference with the Elementor nav menu.

    We have released a new version (v3.7.2) of the plugin yesterday. Would you please update the plugin and let us know how if you still face the same issue.

    This issue does not seem to be resolved. I can easily reproduce the problem on the website provided by the original poster. I also have this menu/navigation problem on my website. I created a separate support post.

    Hi luciamarinescu: Thanks for the reply. I posted here as well because, while the problem is similar, the menu interference caused by Visualizer is slightly different in this case. See screencast of the problem at funwhileitlasted website. The dropdown menu problem occurs as soon as the user arrives at the page containing the Visualizer plugin code.

    The resulting problem is the same, however. The menu dropdowns snap closed before the user has a chance to click a link in the dropdown list. This site uses an Elemental theme while my site uses the Genesis theme.
