Elementor mobile menu not opening on ios 14 devices

    We’ve moved a copy of the site we’re having trouble with to a dev install and we can provide full access to this dev environment if needed.

    Our client reached out because the mobile menu was not working on their iPhone running ios 14. We were able to recreate the issue with browser stack and found the Chrome and Safari on ios 14 devices are not able to use the mobile hamburger menu.

    To troubleshoot on the dev copy we’ve disabled every plugin except the Elementor and have switched from the child theme we built on the Genesis framework over to the Hello Elementor theme for testing. We’ve cleared server cache, we’ve used the Elementor tool to rebuild the css, and I’ve verified through dev tools that we’re not experiencing a z-index issue.

    You’re in the wrong place.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.6.4 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
