    Elementor stopped loading, and safe mode does not help. I have done all the troubleshooting (correct PHP, max PHP memory is 256, disabled plugins, got rid of caching plugins, and watched countless videos).

    It started when I added Woo Commerce — and I’m wondering if it has to do with shortcodes, as the woo commerce was not working propertly, so I had to do some workaround. But it also worked fine for three weeks, now I can no longer edit with the elementor editor.

    when the page loads on the front end “xxxxxxx” appears briefly on the top left of a white screen, then the site loads fine and appears perfectly functional.

    Using the “health check” plugin, it says that The REST API did not process the context query parameter correctly.

    It also says: Warning The optional module, intl, is not installed, or has been disabled.

    not sure if this is involved. My hosting support (network solutions) seems unable to figure it out and they say it is my problem. I’m not so sure.

    In inspector/console/errors I get a bunch of errors (that were not there previously):

    Uncaught TypeError: navigator.geolocation is undefined

    Object { message: “JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”, code: “”, data: [] }

    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

    Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

    and so on….

    any idea where to go? My hosting plan does not give me control panel access, so not sure if I can access the ftp files

    thank you very much in advance for any direction. I have been searching forums and watching videos and I fear this may be a bit over my head. I’m a designer more than a programmer!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I forgot to mention. I have the Hello Elementor theme, and when I disable everything but that and the elementor plugin, the problem persists.
