• Hello

since some days now Elementor is not loading anymore on one of my websites. https://consulting-group-stuttgart.de/

    I tried:

    • Deactivating all plugins
    • Changed theme
    • Website copy on my server
    • Uploading a previous WP version
    • Upgrading hosting package
    • Deleted post revisions

Nothing helped. The website stays blank and suggests activating safe mode.

    PHP Version: 8.1.27
    PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
    PHP Max Input Vars: 3000
    PHP Max Post Size: 2G
    Max Upload Size: 2 GG

    Any idea?

    Hi there,

It sounds like you’ve already taken several troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with Elementor not loading on your website. Since you’ve tried multiple solutions without success, here are a few additional steps you can take to further diagnose and potentially fix the problem:

    1. Check Error Logs: Look into your website’s error logs to see if there are any specific error messages. These logs can often provide valuable insights into what might be causing the issue.
    2. Browser Console: Open your browser’s developer console (usually by right-clicking on the page, then selecting “Inspect” or pressing F12) and check for any errors or warnings.
    3. Elementor System Info: If you can access the WordPress admin dashboard, go to Elementor > System Info and check for any compatibility issues or errors reported there.
    4. Server Configuration: Ensure that your server environment meets Elementor’s requirements. Sometimes, certain server configurations or settings can interfere with Elementor’s functionality.
    5. Check for JavaScript Conflicts: Elementor heavily relies on JavaScript. There might be conflicts with other scripts on your website. Try disabling any custom JavaScript or minification/optimization plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    6. Check File Permissions: Ensure that all files and directories related to Elementor have the correct permissions set. Improper file permissions can sometimes cause issues with loading resources.
    7. Reinstall Elementor: Completely uninstall Elementor and then reinstall it from scratch. This can sometimes resolve issues related to corrupted files or incomplete installations.

    Hope this will help.

I am also having these issues and have done all the troubleshooting, and even paid a third party to do all the hosting checks. They say it is the Elementor plugin. I have had this site functional for over a year and have not done any updates recently. Since I am also having the same problem, t seems like an elementor issues. Is anyone looking into it? thank you so much

I had a developer friend looking into this and he says: Errors are appearing in the browser console. According to my research, this is due to a problem with Elementor that has been open for over a year: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/20612

    When will this be resolved?
