elementor not loading global styles

  • Why do you close tickets which are not solved?

    I am referring to this ticket:

    I am having the same problem when loading the header and footer with get_header and get_footer which is the WordPress standard. Global styles like the font size are not applied and stay undefined.

    I am testing this with only one plugin and Elementor activated. Using hello theme but experience this problem with other themes like Astra or Generate Press as well.

    Hi @locker17,

    From what I understand, you have a custom header and footer and are using the functions get_header() and get_footer() to display them; however, the global styles are not rendering.

    If that is the case, this would be out of our support scope as it is custom code related. I suggest you join the?Elementor Facebook Community? where you can find a supportive and helpful community of experienced users who will be happy to provide valuable tips and tricks.

    I am loading the Elementor header and footer. So why are all other styles are applied except the global ones?

    But I am not surprised about your answer. You are always not responsible for your own bugs.

    Hi @locker17,

    If your Header and Footer is created using the Elementor Theme Builder, that means you have the Pro version.

    Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

    I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.

    It doesnt make sense to ask your commercial support if you deny any help. And my question has nothing to do using the Pro or Basic version.
