Elementor not showing Colour Palettes

Hi,

I am using OceanWP and deleted all default colour pallets that come with Elementor. Now, I don’t know how to add a new colour palette, and every time I want to edit a widget I need to manually choose the colour. How can I add a colour palette and also make them appear when editing some widgets?
