Elementor not working with Genesis

  • Built a site locally with Genesis Digital Pro. Installed Elementor Pro for a couple of landing pages. Almost finished then suddenly stops working. When I try to ‘Edit with Elementor’ it just sticks on the loading screen.

    Moved site to live server and increased memory limit (as recommend) but still doesn’t work.

    If I switch to default WP theme all good. I checked that Genesis and Elementor played nice before purchasing. How can I get this up and running again?

    You mentioned this problem occurred for Elementor Pro. If so, please contact our premium support in our ticketing system for Elementor Pro.

    We are currently working on a tutorial for Genesis and Elementor and everything works well.

    Can you switch to a different child theme of Genesis and see if it works?

    I too have this problem, with Elementor Pro and the theme-child genesis comments and the form do not appear … Do you have a link or solutions please?
