    Hello,

I installed Hestia and when I install a demo it looks great on front.
Nevertheless, when I want to edit a page with ELEMENTOR, it’s not working (on Chrome and Mozilla). The screen stay in progress (loading)… but no way to see the Elementor editor working.

I try to use Elementor through each demo but it works with no one.

Can you please help me on that?

  • Hello,

Please also ensure to use the latest version of the theme.

It’s also recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.?

Here’s also the documentation of the theme:

    https://docs.themeisle.com/article/753-hestia-doc

    Thank you!

    Hi @flow92,

There seem to be some errors with Elementor. Can you please check this doc https://docs.elementor.com/article/184-cant-edit-with-elementor for that?
    This part can help you:
The gray page can be also due to X frame restrictions and Cross-origin issues. You can see if it is the issue by checking the error messages of your browser console (to do it, click right on your mouse, select “inspect” and then “console”. Error messages are written in red). In this case, you will have to change the X-Frame-Options from DENY to SAMEORIGIN. This has to be solved by your hosting company.

Let me know if you manage to do this.

    Regards,
    Rodica
