I really like my theme Opstore Pro (even paid $50 for it) but the support is a joke (10 days of back & forth emails and nothing has been fixed). The plugin for the theme WPOP Elementor Addons Pro v1.2.7 is clashing with Elementor and causing it to not load. If I disable the plugin Elementor loads but my site loses elements like the menu. Not sure what to do. Can someone please help?

This is the error I got when my site crashed the first time. I downgraded and then upgraded Elementor and that did not resolve the issue. I ran my troubleshooting plugin, Plugin Detective, and it concluded that it was the WPOP plugin. Is there anyone that can help? I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the theme creators to fix the issues but they say that theres nothing wrong. I can’t edit or create pages or add new products.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. I understand your concern and can assure you we’re going to do our best to help you.

Kindly perform the below troubleshooting steps, and feel free to skip what you already tried:

Please switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear:

your WP cache (your WP plugin if you have one),
your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider),
    and your browser cache.

    Thank you for helping!
The only thing that worked completely was switching themes. If I disable the WPOP plugin Elementor will load but the description moves above the tab area and is squished to the far right. When I switch themes and disable WPOP plugin Elementor will load and the description is in the correct place.

My theme creator finally was able to fix the issue. Thanks for all of your help.
