Hi great plugin by the way.

I just tried to test this on a new elementor form being sure to add the payment input field and the stripe after action and filling the test key for stripe.

What ever i do when i submit the form it says there is a form error. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

  • Hi @bigeddev ,
Greetings. Thanks for reaching out to us.

Will you please tell me in detail if you are getting what form error on your end? Also, please provide the screencast of the issue so that we can check and assist you according to that.

However, did you add the public key and secret key from the Better Payment setting? Please make sure that you have added those from WP Admin Dashboard > Better Payment > Settings > Payment > Stripe > here, add the public key and secret key > Save Changes.

    Hope to hear from you.
    Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. So i added those settings as a first step. Heres a link a handy little linky video for you showing the settings and the form.

    Hi @bigeddev ,

    Hi @bigeddev ,
    Hope you are doing well.

Thank you so much for allowing us the time to investigate this issue. Actually, if you enable Required option from the Payment Amount field, then it shows the error. But if you disable this option, then you will not find this issue. Please check this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/hQ4gEL

So, I suggest you keep this Required option disabled, this will resolve your issue.

Please let me know how it goes.
    Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I tried removing the required option and also of any other field and removed the google recapture.

It now does not error but the form just reloads the page now.

I have created another video of the settings so you can see it being disabled and the options:

Apologies for the late reply, I was helping the client with Stripe and was waiting for a response, it turns out there was a dispute on their account and just late last night they lifted this. I tested this morning and it’s now redirecting and working.

Thank you for your help and support through this issue and sorry it turned out to be something that was beyond our control.
