Elementor Pages/Blocks Will Not Populate

Hi. I’m working on a newly installed WP site in a local environment, so the only things I have installed and activated at this point are the Pagebuilder Framework and Elementor. When I click on the folder in the “Drag widgets here” box in the editor to access the library, the pages or block templates will not populate. On both the blocks and pages tabs, it says, “Haven’t saved templates yet? This is where your templates should be…”

I had the same exact problem with my previous installation, so I deleted the WP installation along with the database, and created an entirely new site (completely different name, so completely separate). I have followed all of the guidelines on troubleshooting (except for turning on debug in wp-config) and STILL cannot get the page/block templates to populate.

Interestingly, I am able to populate the template library on other sites I am working on in my local environment. Don’t understand why this is suddenly happening. Can anyone please help with this? I’ve been trying to find a solution for two days, and really, really don’t want to have to go with another page builder at this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
