    I have installed both the plugins WP Bakery and Elementor in my website.I have edited few pages with elementor like home page and some other pages also but could not edit this particular page and 1 more page as the page dont show any elementor option to edit at the top.Please help me to rectify this problem.

  • Hi,

    Although you can use more than one pagebuilder in theory, I always recommend only using one pagebuilder in a site, not two. It is like having two captains on your ship, they will get in each other’s way, sooner or later.

    Elementor can do everything that WP Bakery can, if not more, so why not just chose one?
    What happens if you deactivate WP bakery? Can you edit that page with Elementor again?

    Make sure there are no shortcode leftovers in some pages of the second pagebuilder too, it will cause issues!

    Please, i have problem with Elementor too. I made my web site 5 days ago and everything was ok. But today i try to corect some letter mistakes and Elementor disappear. i can not find Elementor plugin in control table and when i want make page. when i want download again write that was downloaded.

    It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,

    Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
