Elementor plugin incompatible

  • Hi guys,
    I know that this sound very strange but your latest plugin version cause a problem with Elementor (https://elementor.com/), the standard picture selection inside the editor return this error: “TypeError: wp.media is undefined”.
    Any idea? How can I solve this? I need your plugin!

    Hi,

    that’s weird, it shouldn’t interfere with any wp.media. I don’t have elementor and since it is a premium plugin, I can’t chceck it. Could you try to turn on wp debug log and send me, what is there?

    Have you tried to contact them? Maybe there is a conflict which they can solve better than me.

    Hi Karoline,
    of course I’ve asked to the Elementor support team, they suggest me to switch off the plugins, one by one in order to find the guilty and your plugin seem the cause. I’ll provide you the debug log but I’m very busy right now. I’ll do my best.

    Hi @beppemanno, somebody has encountered kind of same type of problem, have a look here, maybe they call wrongly the wp image? https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wp4-9-1-compatibility-issue/
