Elementor Plugin Update Required Issues

First, I need to refer to the forum guidelines here:

It is not allowed to get/provide support for Pro features.
That said, I will point you in the right direction.

As this seems to be incorporated in the theme you bought, you should ask their support to update the plugins.

If the theme used Elementor Pro for some parts of their theme, disabling Pro will indeed break those parts of your website, where Pro elements were used.

How can the theme use pro features if I’m not paying for pro? I’m not looking for support for the pro plugin as I don’t use the pro plugin.

These are your own words, telling us that in the theme you purchased, Elementor Free and Pro are installed:

“I purchased a theme that has Elementor installed, it also had Elementor pro plugin installed.”

I do not know what theme you are talking about and all matters regarding pro are not allowed on these forums, as per forum guidelines.
