Elementor Popup and the “&” Character on Redirection
-
Hi Yuval,
First of all I just want to say thanks for this amazing extension, it really helps ALOT.
I try to never to bug the developers of opensource extension with questions and try to solve any issues by myself. But this time, I really could use some help.
I will explain my situation to see if you know what the problem is and if you have any sugestion of what can I do to solve.
– On a contact form I`ve enabled redirection adding this to the end of the URL &name=[your-name]&email=[your-email]
If i add the form to page built with Elementor, everything works correctly.
But:
If I add that same form to a Elementor popup (the default popup elementor builder) there is something wrong with the redirection and the “&” character
When i add the form to a Popup, instead of redirect to this: &name=My%20Name&email=myemail%40example.com
It will redirect to this: &%3Bname=My%20Name&%3Bemail=myemail%40example.com
Did you see the error?
Basicaly when adding the form in a elementor Popup the redirects changes:
the character: &
to: &%3BDo you have any Idea if this is something that could be fixed within your extension? Or is something that should be fixed in the Elementor popup?
Regards
