• I will give this company 1 star just to post this review. I subscribed to the Pro license for several years. Last year, I had a major malfunction with their plugin working on my website, and I reached out for support. The chat support was unable to resolve the issue and supposedly escalated my case to their 2nd level of support, who completely ignored my case and never responded or provided an update. I tried to follow up with the chat support several times, only for them to say they could not help me because the case had been sent to the 2nd level. This issue occurred about 4-6 months into a new license renewal period. But now that the license has expired elementor claims that I am no longer eligible for support for a ticket that was opened when my license was active. What a horrible company to use!

    Elementor claims that if I renew my license again, they will help – but they did not do this when my license was perfectly active. It would be like petting a dog that already bit you.
