    Hello

after “enabling” Enable hCaptcha on Elementor Pro Form nothing happens in the frontend – no captcha and in the backend no intervention on the form is possible anymore.

Without enabling the form I have integrated a HTML code with the shortcode. Since then the captcha works, but I can’t make it a required field. Is it possible to map the mandatory field property in the shortcode or a special new HTML code?

    Thanks!

Thank you for the report. I cannot guess, however, what is going on with your site. I have tested the functionality during the development and now re-tested WP 5.9, PHP 7.4, latest hCaptcha, Elementor 3.5.5, Elementor Pro 3.5.2 and 3.6.1. Everything works.

To give me chance to help you, please let me know:

    – WP version
    – PHP version
    – Elementor version
    – Elementor Pro version
    – hCaptcha version
    – theme name and version

Please also deactivate all other plugins except Elementor, Elementor Pro and hCaptcha to make additional testing.

Could you record a video with the sequence of your actions starting from creating a form and subsequent issue?

    Thank you.
