Elementor pro plugin issue

  • I am not able to access my wordpress dashboard due to elementor pro plugin crashed while updating. I tried deactivating and activating again but no use. Most of the widget and Ui is completely on elementor pro. Can someone help me to update to the latest plugin version and restore.

    I’m sorry that’s happened to you but the developer cannot assist you here.

    You are an Elementor Pro user and the developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
