Elementor: Section with visual portfolio widget not deletable

  • I have inserted a section in elementor. In this section I have implemented with the visual portfolio widget a slider.
    I can not delete this section afterwards.
    If I insert a short code with the same slider with the short code widget, I can delete it afterwards.

    How can i delete the other once?

    What is can be wrong on my site.

    Does anyone has an idea?

    Also it is not possible to move such a section. If I duplicate them and move it, store the site, after reloading it is still at the old position.
