Elementor Social Icons – Facebook links to browser not App.

    Hello, Fairly new to Elementor,. I have Facebook and instagram social icons on my site. Instagram seems to open the app when you click it, but facebook takes me to the page but in the browser. Is is something that could be resolved so it opens the app? I am currently using the free version.

  • Unfortunately, this is the default behavior of Facebook links, the button will always take you to default Facebook login page.
    However, I have added this idea to our internal list as a?Feature Request, so this feature might appear in one of the future?Elementor?updates. Thank you for your feedback!
    There might be third-party plugins available that have such a feature so you can join our?Elementor Facebook Group?? and check with our users there for such a plugin recommendation.
