Elementor template not loading

    Hi, I am using Elementor on the latest wordpress release and Ocean WP theme.
    my problem is when i want to add a template from library or predesignated template it stake on the loading page i deactivate all the plugin other than Elementor and its still the same i tried deactivating Elementor and reactivate it but no luck i even delete Elementor and install it again but the problem still not solved.

    any one Know how to solve the problem?

  • When you say the latest WP release, do you mean Gutenberg? Did you try to set it back to Classic Editor?

    I had to manually install WordPress to my server i downloaded the wordpress-4.9.8 which is the latest release and i don’t have Gutenberg installed. i tried to set it back to Classic Editor but still the same

    There are 3 basic issues that cause loading to freeze with Elementor/Updates or Plugins. I don’t know for sure but check tiger721.com/frozen page. It will show you what these issues are and tell you how to fix them. Hope this helps.

    thanks for the link i followed all the steps but mt PHP version is 5.4.31 i think its the problem and i triad to update it but i don’t have MultiPHP Manager or PHP Selector in my cpanal.
    Any ideas?

    Who is your Host? If you can’t update the PHP, call your support and ask them to do it. They should be up to at least 7.0 by now.
