    Hi,

Nice plugin. I’m using Xstore theme, latest woo and elementor pro. All other plugins were switched off.

I’ve created a custom thank you page with elementor and set the elementor Site Settings/Woocommerce/Purchase Summary page to use this custom thank you page. After I checkout with FluidCheckout this custom thank you page is not used. Instead I’m directed to Fluid checkout’s thank you page.

Deactivated FluidCheckout to test if the custom thank you page works and that works with the standard theme checkout.

So my question is how do I get FluidCO to disable its default thank you page so I can continue with the custom elementor thank you page?

Don’t know if this matters but I activated FluidCheckout again but now FluidCheckout doesn’t display the checkout. Only the multi-step bar is visible at the top. Cleared the browser cache and did a hard refresh of the page but that doesn’t resolve it. Only the multistep bar is visible.

    Thanks for any assistance.

      Hi @yousuft,

Fluid Checkout Lite does not have the feature to change the layout and functionality of the Order Received (Thank You) pages.

      1. See if our documentation Compatibility with plugin Elementor can help you with getting this working. Although, these instructions are related to the optimized thank you page from Fluid Checkout PRO.

      2. Could you provide some screenshots of the issue happening on your website?

We are not aware of any issues where the checkout page would only display the multistep progress bar, but that sounds like an error happened on the server.

      3. Since this is an error that happens on your server we are unable to evaluate it. You’ll need to check your?PHP error.log or debug.log?file on your hosting environment for any error message related to Fluid Checkout.

The location for the?PHP error.log or debug.log file?depends on your hosting environment configuration and unfortunately, we are unable to send you instructions to locate it. You might need to contact your hosting company to help you locate the correct file.

Once you have the log file, you can open the file in a text editor such as Notepad and search for?fluid-checkout?inside it, then send us the relevant error messages or the entire log file.

If you don’t want to share this information on this public forum, please contact us from the?support page on our website.

      Best,
      Diego.

      Hi Diego,

Thanks for the response. I got it to work eventually by disabling/enabling Fluid and then it suddenly worked. Maybe it was server side as you suggested or caching which was turned off but who knows.

Thanks for the plugin. Go well.
