• I am currently building a client site using Elementor (Hello Theme) & Property Hive. I had a page design in progress which was half completed it contained a few shortcodes to list property and the search/filter bar. However, I have just tried to edit the same page using Elementor and I am receiving an error which states the following:

“Sorry the content area was not found in your page. You must call “the_content” function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on his page”

The theme builder does not load at all only on this page.
The last thing I recall since I last opened the page is receiving a plugin update for Property Hive, not sure if this has caused the above.

    Any assistance is much appreciated!

@shaikh441 Have you selected the page in question as the ‘Search Results Page’ under ‘Property Hive > Settings > General’? If so that makes the page an ‘archive’ page and, at present, can’t then be edited in Elementor.

Try de-selecting it as the ‘Search Results Page’ and see if that helps.

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi Steve,
Thanks for your reply. I have de-selected it and it is now working.

However, how would I configure the search results page if I select a different page to be used in “Search Results Page” settings?

    Regards
